Why Donate to District 10?
Note: Al-Anon and Alateen accept donations ONLY FROM MEMBERS AND GROUPS.
District 10 practices the principle of self-support by being financially responsible and able to sustain district activities. D10 provides it’s representative (the D.R.) with sufficient funds to fulfill the D.R. duties, including participation in the Assemblies, and Area World Service Committee meetings. The district also supports and budgets for area outreacn that individual groups may not be able to support financially, such as Alateen, district meeting rent, speaker meeting rent, institutions support, public information cooperating with the professional community (PI-CPC), and Unity Day, to name a few D10 activities. The district receives donations only from members, and Al-Anon Family Groups registered in the district.
